house hunting!

apartment hunting to be exactly.

fuh. for the past few days, me and future husband(FH) were 'google'-ing here and there to find any apartment that will suit our future need.

criteria I: location

-must be in the middle disctance of our working place. (note: FH is working far away in the south of selangor, whereas me myself is working in the middle of kl)

-must be near to at least any kedai runcit or kedai mamak ka apa ka.. haha senang nak tapau

-must be near to my parents house.. muahahaha.. senang nak melawat la ;p

criteria II: rent price

-i first thought of finding somekind of apartment with rm500 but then gilo macam tak jumpa langsung. the least is rm750 tu pun level paling atas & paling hujung. gilos. the average price is around RM800-RM1000. ok habes gaji aku nanti!

criteria III: facilities

-must have at least one covered parking.. mampus kalau parking merata-rata kang aku tak ingat mana aku park kereta, aku dah la jenis cepat lupa kat mana parking ;p

ok, yet we still haven't found one. a few days ago i've tried to call 3 potential owners and guess what?..

1st call : Owner XXX, Apartment D**** M****, Rent Price: RM850
I dialled 018******** in hoping to speak with the owner. In return i got this:
"Harap maaf nombor yang anda dial tidak ada dalam perkhidmatan kami".. Blurfphrhrh
Memangla.. the number itself tu pun dah macam tak betul, ada ke cell with 11 digits?. Macam pelik la pulak.. normally cellphone no. used to be 10digits ja kan?. hurmm.

2nd call : Owner YYY, Apartment D**** M****, pun Rent Price: RM850
Dialled 017*******. Was happy to hear the caller ringtone on the other side.
Tiba-tiba ja.. jeng-jeng.. a machine answered the call with some scary script below:
"Panggilan ini sedang dirakam bagi membantu siasatan lanjutan polis bla3x..".
hahaha.. aku dah confuse. ni biar betul ni nak iklan rumah ka apa ni. ok reject!

3rd call : Owner ZZZ, Apartment C*****, Rent Price: RM950
Dialled 012*******. Ok ringtone ringing with normal tone. No answering machine. haha lega.
The agent pick up the phone and informed me that the apartment is already taken.
Too bad i'm late. Padahal he just advertised that apartment one day before i made that phone call. erk.

takpa-takpa. apartment hunting is still on. gals, please pray that we'll find one soon. amin :)
gilo, december nak duduk, now baru nak cari..hehe.
